Needed the house powerwashed before the holidays, & a company we used in the past couldn't fit us in... called Roger @ Shining Star, & he came out today! He really did a fabulous job with great attention to detail... he even had something to remove the rust stains from around the outside water source. Very impressive! We had some serious algae/mold on the siding facing North & East -- (& we live in a wooded area) -- looks great! He also guarantees his work for a full year... very fair pricing also!!
I chose Roger's business because all of his reviews scored 5 stars, and he certainly earned all 5 stars when power washed my deck! Not only did he do an excellent job on my deck, he went beyond that to clean up the patio below my deck. Personally, he was professional, client oriented, and friendly; with the goal of making sure I was 100% satisfied with the results of his work. And I was.
Did an incredible job washing exterior of our house. There were some very stubborn stains at 2nd story level, but Roger persevered. Looks like new! He even removed rust stains on my sunflower stepping stone. 1st time to have house power washed and I definitely would hire Roger again.
It shows up in the small jobs too. One customer's dog stayed at his side the whole visit and he never once minded. None of it was on the quote. It just happens to be how he works.
