The one job where high pressure is right
High-pressure driveway cleaning strips out years of oil stains, tire marks and weather damage from concrete and asphalt, restoring the surface close to its original look. It covers concrete driveways, asphalt driveways, pavers, parking pads, walkways and sidewalks. That's a deliberate contrast with house washing and roof cleaning, both of which get a gentler soft-wash pass instead: siding can crack or take on water damage under real pressure, and a shingle roof can lose its warranty over it. A driveway slab has no such limit, so it gets the full force a hose alone can't produce.

Road salt and the freeze-thaw cycle leave a flat grey film across an entire slab over a Michigan winter, spread evenly enough that most homeowners stop noticing it as dirt at all. That's why clean concrete usually comes back a shade lighter than expected. It was never actually that color, the salt just settled in evenly enough to pass for the original surface.
